Then, Dean's class of lady bugs paraded by. Dean flew over to say hi to his mom and me.
We changed sides to get out of the sun just in time for the younger toddlers to march by as M&M's. Gavin shares a class room with the younger toddlers, so I know these kiddos, too.

Then it was time for Gavin's class--the bunnies from Peter Rabbit.
I was kneeling down with the camera in front of my face. I never spoke to Gavin. He didn't realize I was there. I couldn't face another crying/pouting fit once he realized I was only there for a bit and would again be leaving without him.
Gavin and Owen are holding hands with Miss Rosa, Gavin's teacher. We love Ms. Rosa. Gavin is so sweet when he says, "Wooosa."
The kids had to wear white shirts. At school Ms. Rosa made the masks,
name tags, and tails.
Morgan is Jackson's sister. She is in the 3 year-old room, I think. I like that they brought an orange shirt to decorate, and they made their own little pumpkin crowns.
I think this is a 4 year-old class. I love their footprint ghost tshirts.
These pumpkin tshirts are cute, too. (I think these are the pre-K kids.)
Back inside, I snapped a picture of the pumpkin carving contest winner. We considered carving a pumpkin to compete for $50 off our November tuition, but we didn't quite get around to it. I felt odd anyway. It is supposed to be a family carving contest. Gavin can't do much at this age to help with the carving. So, we'll wait 'til next year. At least then I can let him scoop out the pulp :)
Before leaving, I snapped a quick picture of Gavin's ghost. The main commons room of the school was decorated with ghosts from each class. It was very spooky.
