Saturday Gavin and I dragged Dave to the annual kickoff pep rally. There are so many high school things that Gavin will get to experience long before he gets there thanks to my job. His buddy Dean (and Dean's mom and dad) enjoyed the show, too. 
We took a minute for a photo with one of the school's mascots, Babs. We'll pose with Buster at an upcoming football game. (I know our devoted followers will be waiting with bated breath for that picture.)
And, of course, every show is better when viewed from the mama-recliner while holding our best friend, Mallory.
He looks a little bewildered about what's going on, but it looks like he had a good time.
